Upper Stevens Creek County Park is a 1,500 acre park that is one of many connected, publicly-owned lands along the peninsula skyline offering an abundance of recreational opportunities. Mountain biking and hiking are the most popular activities at this park, although horseback riding is also allowed. The Bay Area Ridge Trail cuts through Upper Stevens Creek County Park in one of the longest uninterrupted stretches of the trail at 13 miles. Trails from the park also connect with adjacent peninsula public lands such as Saratoga Gap, Monte Bello, and Long Ridge Open Space Preserves.
