Picchetti Ranch Preserve is a 308 acre hillside park that was once the farm land and winery of the Picchetti Family who immigrated from Italy in the 1870s. Today visitors can hike or horseback ride on the 3.7 miles of trails that weave across the ranch, view the hillside orchards that bloom into a beautiful bouquet of color in spring, or taste wine and check out the historic buildings of the Picchetti Winery. Hikers can extend their hike on the Zinfandel Trail which connects to the trail system of Stevens Creek County Park.
