Ben Ries Campground, located in Butano State Park near Pescadero, California, features 21 drive-in camp sites and 18 walk-in camp sites situated under towering redwood trees deep in the Little Butano Creek Canyon along the hillside above the canyon floor. The drive-in sites can accommodate RV trailers and motorhomes up to a 24 foot maximum length and all feature tables, food lockers, and fire rings. The walk-are nestled within the redwoods and require carrying your camping gear 20 to 50 yards from your car. The campground has bathrooms with flush toilets but no showers.
