The 287 acre park features all the amenities of a modern urban park such as large lawn areas, walking trails, green space, picnic areas, public restrooms, and more. Visitors can learn the history of the Cottle family, who farmed this land for 150 years, and the importance of organic farming and how water conservation can play a critical role in the future of agriculture. Pay parking is available within the park, otherwise free parking is available along Chynoweth Avenue.
