Hollister Hills State Vehicle Rereation Area (SVRA) is a widely popular destination for any type of off-highway vehicle use, be it dirtbiking, ATVing, or four-wheeling, on the 6,800 acres of scenic and varied terrain. The park is separated into four units, the Upper Ranch, Hudner Ranch, Lower Ranch, and Mudstone Ranch. The 3,300 acre Lower Ranch is for dirtbiking and ATV use and features more than 128 miles of trails, hillclimbs, numerous tracks, minibike areas, training areas, camping, and more. Four-wheeling can be done at the 800 acre Upper Ranch or 1,500 acre Hudner Ranch, with a 4x4 obstacle course, hillclimb, adventure track, and camping. To minimize the impact of motorized recreation on the surrounding community, the Mudstone Ranch unit offers hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding opportunities on miles of multi use trails.
