Garland Ranch Regional Park is a 3,464 acre park in Carmel Valley, California and features more than 60 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding, and more limited mountain biking. The vastly steep and rugged terrain extends from the willow covered banks of the Carmel River at 200 feet to the open oak studded hills at the northern end of the Santa Lucia Range at just over 2,000 feet elevation. Garland Ranch is popular for people with dogs as they are allowed off leash as long as they can be kept under voice control.
