    Description

Since 1986 the Fremont Peak Observatory has been offering public viewings of the starry night sky. On select days, an astronomer from the Fremont Peak Observatory Association (FPOA) provides a multimedia presentation and offers public viewing through the eyepiece of the 30-inch diameter Challenger Telescope. Check FPOA's website for public program dates and more information about astronomy and the association.
