One of the most famous and challenging disc golf courses in the world, DeLaveaga Disc Golf Course is a 27 hole course that offers incredible scenery and a variety of hole settings, including wooded holes, wide open holes, holes with elevation changes, and more. A mixture of power and accuracy come in handy when playing this course which hosts the Professional Disc Golf Association's (PDGA) Masters Cup tournament each year, drawing disc golf professionals from around the world. Set in DeLaveaga Park, within a pine and oak covered ridge above Santa Cruz, this course should be on every disc golfer's bucket (or basket) list. Every player will quickly understand why this course is so famous after playing hole 27, the "Top of the World" hole which offers sweeping views of the Monterey Bay from the tee.
