    Description

The Bob Jones City-to-Sea Trail is a 2.5 mile paved out and back trail in San Luis Obispo County, California. From the east end of the trail, which starts across the street from the free parking lot on Ontario Road just off U.S. Highway 101, the trail winds through the forested valley following San Luis Obispo Creek as it flows towards the ocean. The western end of the trail stops in the quaint seaside town of Avila Beach, where you can find ocean-view restaurants, lovely boutique shops, and beautiful beaches. All along the trail are benches and places to stop and enjoy the scenery. Biking, jogging, and walking are the most popular activities on the Bob Jones City-to-Sea Trail.
