    Description

3 Mile Beach located at Wilder Ranch State Park is a secluded beach north on highway 1 of Santa Cruz. Park at 4 mile beach parking lot north of here. It is quite a hike but definitely worth the hike. Once you reach the beach there are several access trails down but I found the easiest access is a little further south. This beach is more secluded and considered clothing optional.  If you get a early start you can park at the 3 mile beach trailhead parking lot directly on highway 1 but there is room for a couple vehicles at best. Make sure you don't block the gate.
